    Desenhei duas placas para conectar chaves e leds. A placa dos leds conta com local para acomodar os respectivos resistores. Um pequeno "jumper" conecta o comum dos leds ao GND ou Vcc conforme a necessidade da lógica utilizada.&lt;br /&gt;     A placa das chaves facilita a ligação pois já conta com os dois pinos (chave+comum) para cada chave.&lt;br /&gt;     No meu caso vou fazer o seguinte. vou conectar as placas com cabo flat à master. A placa conta com um conector de 40 pinos igual ao da master. A fiação dos leds e chaves vou soldar diretamente nestas minhas placas. Isso vai reduzir o número de conectores e também o número de pontos de passíveis maus contatos.&lt;br /&gt;     As placas podem ser impressas em papel Glossy com impressora laser utilizando o software ExpressPCB que é gratuito e pode ser baixado no link: http://www.expresspcb.com/ deve-se marcar "botton layer" no menu de impressão.&lt;br /&gt;     Os arquivos das placas estão disponíveis em:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;www.jcrobotics.kit.net/flight_out.pcb&lt;br /&gt;www.jcrobotics.kit.net/flight_in.pcb&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     Logo faço postagem das fotos das placas montadas. Para que eles funcionem em conjunto com a chave "TEST-BRIGHT-DIM" montei uma placa com diodos conforme o esquema a seguir. Esta plaquinha que fiz pode interligar 32 anunciadores. Os diodos usados são 1N4148 de uso geral. Resolvi adquiri-la em forma de Kit pois fica bem mais barato. Optei por soquetes de CI torneados e montei um cabo de alimentação com filtragem e acabamento com tubo termo-retrátil junto ao conector. Essa "gas spring" é usada em armários, custa barato (uns R$6,00-cada) e é facil de encontrar em casas de materiais para marceneiros.Vou usar aquele projeto onde um dos amortecedores é comprimido e outro desliza em um tubo.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Vejam aqui: &lt;a href="http://good-times.webshots.com/album/560928860GxpIoQ"&gt;http://good-times.webshots.com/album/560928860GxpIoQ&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;É muito mais fácil de centrar. Mandei um torneiro cortar os tubos de aço INOX e colocar uma bucha de nylon de 3cm por dentro fazendo um furo perpendicular ao tubo para fixação por parafuso. A PCI foi pintada de cor alumínio para refletir melhor a luz dos 54 leds brancos. Na foto pode-se ver a placa desligada e ligada. São grupos de 3 leds ligados em série com um resistor de 150 Ohms alimentados por 12Vcc por um Dimmer DC para controle da luminosidade. O Dimmer construi com FET de potência e um LM555 usando a técnica de PWM. Usei fibra de vidro para fazer as faces e alumínio para a estrutura. Para a rotação também usei um "rolamento" de drive de disquete antigo de 5 1/4 que serviu como uma luva. Gira livre e sem folgas. Hoje montei meu frame do MIP na base. O resultado? Podem comprovar nas fotos. A foto com detalhe e medidas mostra o perfil que utilizei para simular o recuo do painel inferior em relação ao MIP. Mandei fazer em uma casa que faz portas e janelas e usei como inspiração aquela "moldura" que fica em volta das portas para dar acabamento. Usei tinta RAL7011. Mandei fazer a tinta aqui mesmo na cidade, foi tinta tipo LACA com fosqueador. Ou seja, a pintura ficou meio fosca como nos paineis reais e muito bonita. Tudo aplicado com pistola, meu irmão é ótimo em aplicação de tintas e vernizes com pistola e deu uma força nessa hora.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;     Aquelas ranhuras que falei anteriormente fazem toda diferença pois dividem o painel em segmentos como o real. Já tenho os vidros dos DUs para colocar nas molduras, tem 3mm e são um tipo fumê claro.
